Jr. Roofing Repair Tech

The Junior Repair Technician is responsible for the repair of roofing systems (commercial and residential). The duties include conducting both steep and low slope repairs including picking up repair materials with the appropriate distributor. The Junior Repair Technician reports to the Production Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct steep slope repairs for commercial and residential projects
• Conduct low-slope repairs for commercial and residential projects
• Document and report all repair completions to the Production Manager
• Communicate with the Production Manager on all production activities
• Adhere to all safety procedures
• Attend a weekly Production Coordination Meeting as directed by the Production Manager
• Assist the Production Manager on all activities in Production as needed
• Complete and maintain training and certifications that include but are not limited to:

o GAF Steep Slope Certification

o Low Slope Certifications as assigned

o Continued education opportunities as directed by the Production Manager

• All other duties as assigned by the Production Manager

Qualifications:

• Previous roofing and/or construction experience preferred
• Proven ability to adhere to timelines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
