Outside Sales Representative
As the initial point of engagement, your role is crucial in shaping the first impression our customers have of our organization. You will be responsible for introducing them to the Banner Roofing System, which we believe is the ultimate solution for their home. Your role involves guiding them through either the storm restoration or the retail process, ensuring they remain well-informed at all times. Maintaining open and consistent communication is key.

Responsibilities:
- Follow up on provided leads
- Lead generation and community networking
- Update CRM databases and maintain a sales call log
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Conducting thorough inspections and accurately identifying damages
- Develop estimates and present recommendations to the customer
- Work with customers to sign contracts and turn them in for production
- Collecting payments from customers and ensuring an efficient and smooth sales process.
- Hit minimum weekly, monthly, and annual productivity and sales goals

Who are we looking for?
- Great at building relationships with people
- Computer savvy and capable of learning other computer applications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred
- Construction industry experience is required.
- Previous sales experience is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
