Roofing Salesperson
As the first point of contact, you are the first impression that customers have with our organization and get to be the person offering them what we believe is the best solution for their home- the Banner Roofing System. You will walk them through the storm restoration or retail process and keep them informed along the way. Consistent communication is essential.
In order to be successful in this position you will need to be a self-starter who loves to win but is focused on doing the right thing for the customer. You will be goal-oriented with a desire to continue to learn and deliver an exceptional experience to the customer. Integrity is a Banner Roofing imperative.
Industry experience has no bearing on our decision to hire. We are going to hire solely based on a drive, attitude, willingness to learn, and your desire to see whats possible.

Responsibilities:
- Follow up on provided leads
- Lead generation and community networking
- Update CRM databases and maintain a sales call log
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Conducting thorough inspections and accurately identifying damages
- Develop estimates and present recommendations to the customer
- Work with customers to sign contracts and turn them in for production
- Collecting payments from customers and ensuring an efficient and smooth sales process.
- Hit minimum weekly, monthly, and annual productivity and sales goals

Who are we looking for?
- Great at building relationships with people
- Computer savvy and capable of learning other computer applications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred
- Construction industry experience is required
- Previous sales experience is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
